1.Insert brush between teeth.

2.Use a gentle back-and-forth motion.

3.Rinse mouth thoroughly.

4.Wash brush after use.

Caution: Never force brush into too small an opening.

    I have been using these interdental brushes for more 30 years (starting back when they were sold by PyCoPay). They are by far the best interdental brush for cleaning in between wider spaces. The long handle and dual head design make it much easier to reach around all the teeth than the shorter interdental brushes on the market. I highly recommend them!
